Meet Ruth Gregory
Twenty six years ago, while living and selling real estate in Solana Beach, I sold an avocado grove in Fallbrook to one of my clients. We drove all through the area looking for groves, and I was so impressed with Fallbrook that I thought it would be a wonderful place to retire. It took me almost 20 years to get back here, but eight years ago I made my dream come true. We purchased a home in Fallbrook, my husband became a gentleman farmer, and I continued on with my real estate career.
After some 30 years in the business, I just wasn't ready to retire. I was first licensed as a California realtor in 1977, and in 1988 I became a Broker. During these many years I have represented both buyers and sellers in all types of real estate transactions, including residential, income and commercial properties, land, and exchanges. Much of this time I worked in the South Bay area of Los Angeles (Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Redondo Beach).
Recognizing that many of our citizens in Fallbrook are seniors who have special considerations in buying and selling properties, I obtained the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES) and look forward to helping seniors with their real estate needs.
When I am not practicing real estate, I enjoy spending time with my four children and my five grandchildren. They always look forward to getting out of the city to bask in the beauty that Fallbrook offers. Together, we enjoy hiking on some of the 30 miles of maintained trails that are available in the Santa Rosa Ecological Reserve.
If you think you'd like to make Fallbrook part of your dream, I'd love to help you do so. I can be reached at the office (760-728-3725) or on my cell phone (760-525-9245) or on my email RuthG@TFB.com.
