Meet Harry Christiansen

I have been a full time working realtor in Fallbrook for over 20 years.   I came here, at the start of 1986, for the same reasons most people have come here: a relaxed living style in an out-of-the-main-stream location, great weather, clean air, beautiful rolling terrain with lots of trees, and no known earthquake faults in the immediate area.   I later learned that one of the best attributes we have is the number of wonderful people who live here.

My business experience includes working as a CPA, a land developer and home builder, a venture capitalist, a President of a small electronics company with world wide marketing, a small business consultant, an operator of a mining quarry, and finally as a Realtor.   This wide, varied background suits me very well to handle all kinds of real estate activities.

It also led me to realize that I have an obligation to "pay back" some service to the community, which I learned to love so well.   Accordingly, I have been very busy in working on all sorts of local problems.   My chief interest for the last 15 years has been to serve on the Fallbrook Community Planning Group, an elected body of 15 people, which advises San Diego County on land use, traffic, and similar issues.   In this activity, I have become very knowledgeable about doing business with the County, zoning, land use planning, road improvements, and new subdivision developments in Fallbrook.   I really do know this area "like the back of my hand".

After 20 years of having my business located "on the street", I have recently relocated to an office "off the street".   This lets me devote more time to my clients (most of whom come by way of referrals) by avoiding so much time spent with casual, drop-in, first-time visitors to Fallbrook.
