As of June 26th, there were 497 homes listed in MLS for sale in Fallbrook and Bonsall.   This number has grown by August 12th to 531.

Market activity during the 30 days prior to August 12, 2007:

  • New Listings: 102
  • Listings which failed to sell: 96
  • Listings which had price changes: 130
  • Listings which went into escrow: 27
  • Listings which came back from escrow: 32
  • Listings which closed escrow: 41

Our regular monthly analysis of these statistics clearly indicates that the market is continuing to deteriorate, just as it is doing in other areas.   Please refer to our Market Comments for more information about this.
